There is a possibility to offer an online session if you are in a different country. I have experience in delivering high quality online sessions using certain technical configurations and a professional mic, delivering an immersive experience.

How to Prepare

Wear: Comfortable clothing for ease of movement.

Eat: A light meal beforehand; avoid heavy food within 90 minutes.

Avoid stimulants on the day (ideally 4h before the session).

What to Bring:

Contraindications

Due to its effects, Celestial Breathwork™ must not be practiced under the following conditions:

· Pregnancy ,Epilepsy, High blood pressure, Cardiovascular problems, Stroke, Glaucoma, Retinal detachment, Psychosis, Serotonin Syndrome ME/CFS, Diaphragm disorders, Recent surgery, fractures, or wounds, Asthma – if applicable, please have an inhaler ready.

This session is open to everyone—no previous experience is required. Just come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
